The following price guide is to help you in your decision-making. 

Please do note that it is difficult to be exact about prices without having undertaken a full instruction and thorough Estate Planning review which would include (at the least), client objectives, size of estate and possible tax minimising/avoidance requirements.

Where distance allows, fees include the role of Certificate Provider who confirms the donor’s understanding of the LPA and validates their decision and capacity to make the document. Includes preparing the documents for Registration.

Please note that these prices do not include the registration fee to the Office of Public Guardian to have the LPAs registered, 

at January 2025 this is £82 per LPA

Bundle Offers

Review of Existing Will

Refundable against the purchase of new Wills if found necessary.
