Hello, I’m Claire and Dorset Coast Wills is my business which I run from my home in Christchurch, Dorset.  

I am a member of the Society of Will Writers and also of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) - both of these organisations  have a Code of Conduct that I am required to adhere to - protecting you and also protecting me and my business.

I do appreciate that no one is particularly excited about writing their Will. I get that people don’t want to talk to me. No one really wants to think about death, leaving loved ones and not knowing exactly what will happen once you are gone.

I’m a friendly, approachable and calm person, so you can be assured that a conversation with me about your Wills, LPAs, Trusts or Estate Planning will be as enjoyable as it can be. 

 My business is also award-winning.  From Christchurch Business Awards I was a double-winner in June 2023, being runner-up in the year, plus in June 2024 I won for Outstanding Small Business.....and I am very proud of all the awards...

I have over 20 years of experience working in risk management in both education and the NHS. It is not my role to decide what you need, but I can provide advice and ensure you understand the risks you face and what you can do to mitigate or minimise your risk. 

I offer a completely free consultation either over the phone, on Zoom or at your home – whatever is easier and more comfortable for you. We can chat about what you want to achieve and I can recommend the best course of action and of course let you know the fixed price cost of the services you require. I will keep asking questions and listening until we are both completely confident that I understand all your wishes and that we can ensure they are included and secured as far as is possible.
